ABOUT THE ROLE

The role leads content acquisition across the Venues NSW network, aiming to optimize the event calendar and maximize commercial returns from key areas such as ticketing, catering, and merchandise.

It involves supporting event acquisition, building partner relationships, negotiating venue hire agreements, and managing event schedules. The role also oversees commercial outcomes, coordinates with internal teams, handles event day logistics, and contributes to the overall Event Acquisition team.

ABOUT YOU 

You will have a demonstrated ability to strive in high pressure situations, complex scheduling and negotiations with sporting partners and hirers. 

  • Experience in venue management and/or live events
  • Formal qualifications in Sports Management and/ or Administration
  • Previous exposure to VenueOps software and ticketing systems
