What's the Role?

As the Bar Manager at our Kingpin Townsville venue, you'll be the life of the party! You'll lead our amazing Bar Attendants with a nurturing and enthusiastic style, ensuring every shift is a hit. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ordering stock and managing inventory like a pro!
• Supervising, training & coaching the team, all whilst keeping the good vibes rolling of course! 😎
• Supporting the Venue Manager and making sure our guests & team have the time of their lives
• Maintaining all TEEG standards & procedures (safety first!)
• Bringing your razor-sharp focus to deliver an experience that's second to none. After all, #weareroyal 👑

Who Are You?

You're a hands-on leader with a knack for running a high-volume bar. You're driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to boost sales and drive business results. You're a relationship builder who can effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings. You're passionate about service standards and can instill that same pride in your team. You're the epitome of our values: FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER.

You will either hold a valid RSA or will be willing to obtain if successful!
