Are you ready to level up your career in a super cool entertainment hub with a winner's vault of prizes? Timezone Sunshine Plaza is on the hunt for a Senior Technician to keep the fun rolling and ensure our games are in perfect operational order!
What is the role?
As the Senior Technician, you'll use your technical skills to troubleshoot and maintain all the moving parts that make up our vibrant Timezone venue. Your tasks will include:
- Repairing and maintaining games to keep the excitement alive
- Communicating effectively with the team and creating seamless handovers
- Keeping detailed log records for updates on game machines
- Providing support and being supported by the Facilities Manager
- Ensuring our guest experience is second to none with your razor-sharp focus
Who are you?
- Technically minded with plenty of self-drive to proactively seek out tasks.
- Ideally experienced in a hands-on trade with a savvy knack for all things techy
- Naturally skilled in building relationships and communicating with both guests and team members
- A true partner who can make themselves indispensable to the team
