Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated Brand Specialist for Timezone to join our Marketing team in Newmarket! Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Brand Specialist will play a pivotal role championing brand standard, execution and taking ownership of the Timezone brand!
You will also be responsible for:
- Execution of Timezone brand standards across all touch points to hit key goals, delivering against the brand strategic direction and goals
- Supporting development of strategy, messaging, and target audience to effectively communicate the brand proposition
- Champion the Timezone brand with input into the Guest Plan closely aligning with the overall marketing strategy supporting the company’s goals
- Successfully manage and champion new brand ideas and development, from concept development to implementation
- Development and delivery of marketing campaigns end-to-end, initiating operational process requirements, briefing third party agencies and sourcing products to completion and reporting
- Implementing and communicating marketing activities and product initiatives to our venue teams
- Planning and executing social media strategy, content creation and production, working closely with content creators, influencers and social media agencies
- Analysing the market using data, reporting & research, working closely with the team to understand relevant guest experiences and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Being a true brand ambassador for all things Timezone!
Skills and Experience
This role would suit a self-driven and proactive candidate with strong commercial acumen who is seeking to make their mark in a global company.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience within a Marketing/Brand Management role
- Prior experience within retail, hospitality or FMCG industries is highly regarded
- Demonstrated skills in business management, budgeting, planning, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage key decision makers/stakeholders and drive strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market research, and consumer insights.
- A high level of attention to detail and a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
- A strong sense of commercial acumen with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
