The purpose of this role is to partner with the sales teams to drive change, enhance communication, and improve sales effectiveness through structured enablement initiatives.
This role will lead change management efforts, develop and deliver sales learning programs, optimise sales processes, and implement tools and frameworks that enhance capability, adoption, and performance.
Sales Process Improvement & Enablement:
- Develop and implement learning solutions tailored to upskilling sales teams and increasing overall capability across process, technology, and product changes.
- Lead and manage dedicated enablement programs to uplift Enterprise Sales team capabilities.
- Design and implement an enhanced sales onboarding experience to support new hires in ramping up quickly.
- Deliver customised enablement solutions to support product launches, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
- Embed and evolve the Sales Methodology, ensuring ease of use and adoption by the salesforce
Change & Communications:
- Conduct Change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, gap assessments, and training needs analysis to support Sales Transformation initiatives.
- Apply a structured management approach to drive the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Lead and manage engagement activities, including All Hands meetings, Leadership Forums, and internal sales communications.
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies, including newsletters, updates, and enablement materials for sales teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, & Transformation teams) to align communication efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging around enablement and change initiatives.
