The Opportunity
Join us in the exciting Melbourne based role, reporting to the Salesforce Lead – as the Senior Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for the development and support of Salesforce and associated applications. you will be a part of level 2 support and feature development team for Salesforce system with 2000+ users. You will act as the bridge between the business, customers, and delivery teams to ensure we drive both customer satisfaction and business value
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform.
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application.
- Convert business requirements into technical solution design and provide insight into Salesforce development best practices to ensure functionality meets business needs.
- Handle numerous projects/priorities while providing quality delivery of solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate with the IT systems / development teams on system integrations.
- Maintain the overall health of Salesforce org.
What you’ll bring to this role
- 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 and 2.
- Experience developing APEX and Visual force, Apex triggers, Controllers, test class development
- Strong development skills in Lightning experience, Lightning components, LWC and trigger framework.
- Experience on Force.com Integration technologies to integrate with On-premise system.
- Experience with developing the solutions using the sales and service cloud.
- Experience in community implementation.
- Advanced development experience including batch and asynchronous processing, web services integration, custom interface development
- Agile/Scrum software development (e.g. user stories, rapid prototyping, scrum wall)
- Knowledge of source control systems such as GIT or Bitbucket
- Proven experience handling multiple priorities in parallel
