Senior Salesforce Developer

The Opportunity

Join us in the exciting Melbourne based role, reporting to the Salesforce Lead – as the Senior Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for the development and support of Salesforce and associated applications. you will be a part of level 2 support and feature development team for Salesforce system with 2000+ users. You will act as the bridge between the business, customers, and delivery teams to ensure we drive both customer satisfaction and business value

What you’ll be doing day-to-day

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform.
• Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application.
• Convert business requirements into technical solution design and provide insight into Salesforce development best practices to ensure functionality meets business needs.
• Handle numerous projects/priorities while providing quality delivery of solutions.
• Communicate and collaborate with the IT systems / development teams on system integrations.
• Maintain the overall health of Salesforce org.

What you’ll bring to this role

• 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification 
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 and 2.
• Experience developing APEX and Visual force, Apex triggers, Controllers, test class development
• Strong development skills in Lightning experience, Lightning components, LWC and trigger framework.
• Experience on Force.com Integration technologies to integrate with On-premise system.
• Experience with developing the solutions using the sales and service cloud.
• Experience in community implementation.
• Advanced development experience including batch and asynchronous processing, web services integration, custom interface development
• Agile/Scrum software development (e.g. user stories, rapid prototyping, scrum wall)
• Knowledge of source control systems such as GIT or Bitbucket
• Proven experience handling multiple priorities in parallel
