The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Digital Marketing team and take your digital skills to the next level! We’re offering an exciting opportunity to work with two renowned consumer utility brands, Dodo and iPrimus. You’ll play a key role in driving our paid search, social, and affiliate activities, while supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the day-to-day operations of our extensive digital media program.
In this role, you’ll dive into a variety of cutting-edge digital marketing activities and learn from our talented team. We’re looking for someone who combines analytical prowess with practical know-how and can confidently manage all aspects of digital media campaigns. What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Set up, manage and optimise paid search, paid social and affiliate campaigns across direct response and brand-building activities - you’ll need to support these from end-to-end including campaign development, in-platform execution, measurement and optimisation based on a variety of outcomes including online & offline revenue/sales, cost pers, incrementality and more
- Build relationships with and negotiate with our affiliate partners to achieve strong outcomes aligned with business objectives
- Respond to briefs and contribute to an aligned overall marketing strategy, articulating the role that these channels play within the broader campaign strategy and media mix
- Develop reporting and insights across digital marketing channels which help to make our investment work harder as well as inform broader marketing strategy
- Work in close collaboration with the wider Consumer team (incl. Brand, Customer,, Data & Analytics, Creative, Revenue and Sales) as well as industry partners and publishers such as Google and Meta
- Work with the Digital Sales & Service team to ensure a connected landing experience for our media traffic that provides a great customer experience and maximises conversion
- Brainstorm, support and execute experiments and capability development within digital channels that help us work smarter and disrupt the status quo
What you’ll bring to the role
- 2+ years’ experience executing and managing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram
- Experience working with and optimising performance of affiliate partners such as comparison sites, app partners, etc
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager etc
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics suite
- Analytical skills that let you get the most out of all the platforms listed above, as well as experience with BI and visualisation tools (eg. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO)
- A curiosity for experimentation and optimisation, always looking for the next thing that benefit activity
- Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and collaborate
- Strong communication, project management and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work well under pressure
