Regional Manager

The Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our store network across SA, Vic, and Tas. Based in Victoria with regular travel to stores, you will lead by example, motivate teams, and drive performance. Your goal will be to ensure a positive work environment and that our teams deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration: Deliver on business and retail strategies, consistently meeting regional KPIs and targets.

• Management: champion the customer experience through training on visual merchandising, service, stock management, and store presentation.

• Leadership and Coaching: Foster a consistent in-store culture that empowers leaders and engages team members, motivating them to be their best.
• Recruitment: Build a team of passionate, customer-focused individuals.
• Workplace Safety: Comply with all WHS policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and financial targets.
• Ability to manage, influence, and inspire a large volume of staff.
• Full driver's licence and ability to travel to all stores in the sales area.

• Multi-regional management experience.
• Visual merchandising experience/training.
• A knowledge and passion for Universal Store brands, values, vision, and mission.
