What is the role?
As the Party Coordinator for our Kingpin Townsville venue, your day-to-day will consist of:
- Leading our amazing Parties & Events team with confidence and positivity!
- Using your organisational skills to ensure our guests have a premium & smooth experience
- Confidently engaging in phone calls with our bookings and upselling where possible
- Enthusiastically celebrating birthday parties, corporate events & other celebrations (AKA - having FUN!)
You will be supported by & also provide support to the management team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. You know what we say, #WeAreRoyal
