We're looking for an energetic, motivated and passionate retailer to join us as Area Manager of the Newcastle and Central Coast regions.

THE ROLE

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
• Driving sales and customer experience
• Coaching and mentoring Team Members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
• Execution of visual merchandising directive
• Effective stock management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A passion for retail, customer service and fashion
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
• Strong leadership qualities
• Determined to achieve sales targets and understand KPI expectations across multiple stores
• Can identify opportunities in order to maximise sales
