Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team across the designated region to achieve outstanding results.
- Analyse performance reports to inform strategic decisions that drive business growth and enhance store operations.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in fostering a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exhibit strong leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Showcase excellent multitasking and time management skills to efficiently handle daily operations.
- Actively engage with your team on the shop floor, leading by example and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing up to 10 stores, preferably within the fashion and apparel sector.
- A solid retail background with a strong commitment to achieving company KPIs.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional time management capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities through comprehensive report analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Experience in training and development.
- Capability to set clear objectives and follow up effectively.
