Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire your team across the designated region to achieve outstanding results.
• Analyse performance reports to inform strategic decisions that drive business growth and enhance store operations.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in fostering a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exhibit strong leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Showcase excellent multitasking and time management skills to efficiently handle daily operations.
• Actively engage with your team on the shop floor, leading by example and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ideally you will have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing up to 10 stores, preferably within the fashion and apparel sector.

• A solid retail background with a strong commitment to achieving company KPIs.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional time management capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in identifying opportunities through comprehensive report analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience in training and development.
• Capability to set clear objectives and follow up effectively.
