About The Role
Ready to make a real impact? As a Personal Banking Specialist you’ll provide top-notch service, ensuring compliance with all laws, policies, and safety standards while delivering tailored financial solutions that truly benefit our Members. From rotating between dynamic roles to creating a welcoming environment, you'll engage with Members to understand their needs and offer expert advice on our range of products and services.
Help drive success by hitting KPIs, participating in coaching sessions, and mentoring your teammates. You'll tackle Member enquiries, manage transactions, and play a key role in retention efforts, ensuring an exceptional experience every time.
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.
About You
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Cash handling experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- FSRA Tier 2 qualification
- Lending and/or team leading experience (desired)
