About The Role

 

We are looking for a Personal Banking Team Leader to join our friendly team in our Collinsville branch on a part time basis. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in the finance industry. 

 

As a Personal Banking Team Leader your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

 

This is a part time position, working roughly 29 hours per week. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at Bowen and Collinsville branches as required.

 

About You

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Effective sales skills
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Ability to positively adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school certificate or similar qualification
  • Financial experience (desired)
  • Lending experience (desired)
