As a Senior Client Executive at LAB3, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the business journeys of both our established and potential clients. Leveraging LAB3's end-to-end Managed and Professional Services, you will drive strategic initiatives that ensure our clients are equipped to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will seamlessly align our advanced technology solutions to meet the bespoke needs of large, non-transactional clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Partnerships: Develop deep and enduring relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and support their long-term strategic goals.
  • Collaborative Solutioning: Work closely with Solution Designers and Principal Technologists to align LAB3's capabilities with client challenges. Your role is to be naturally curious, asking insightful questions to fully understand client needs and collaborate on crafting impactful solutions.
  • Strategic Engagement: Deliver tailored, high-impact solutions by integrating LAB3's expertise in cloud services, modern workplace integration, and advanced security measures through a comprehensive understanding of client challenges.
  • Commercial Services and Packaging: Leverage your experience in providing services and commercially packaging solutions to create compelling value propositions that resonate with client needs and strategic objectives.
  • Thought Leadership: Lead impactful, consultative discussions that position LAB3 as not only a service provider but also a strategic partner in business transformation.
  • Partnership Growth: Collaborate with key technology partner Microsoft to identify and cultivate new client opportunities, expanding LAB3's client base and aligning with their strategic needs.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with technology vendors to provide an integrated approach to technology solutions and seamless service delivery.
  • Technical Curiosity: While solution development is not directly your responsibility, you must have a keen interest in technology platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.) to facilitate meaningful business strategy discussions.
  • Industry Insight: Consistently monitor industry trends and advancements to introduce innovative solutions that align with evolving client needs and competitive requirements.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives with a focus on sustainable growth, leveraging a strategic approach to expand LAB3's footprint in key accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in an account executive or strategic client engagement role within the technology services sector, involving both developing and managing complex and high-value accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative selling and strategic management of client relationships, with an emphasis on long-term partnership building.
  • Solid understanding of technology services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions, with the ability to translate solutions into robust business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in providing services and packaging solutions commercially, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands.
  • Strong experience in managing technology vendor relationships, particularly with Microsoft, to identify growth opportunities and support client objectives effectively.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and inspiring clients at all levels of their organization.
  • Proactive problem-solver with analytical skills to foresee potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding to and capitalizing on emerging business opportunities.
