The opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our P&C team on an 8-month contract to see out 2025 covering a maternity leave.

• Day to day, you'll partner with key business leaders to craft and execute talent acquisition strategies that fuel our growth demands in the Azure cloud and delivery space - Our roles are niche and specialised!
• From defining requirements to closing offers to supporting onboarding, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle with finesse. Your expertise will ensure we attract, engage, and secure top tier technical talent.
• You'll proactively cultivate a robust talent pipeline through strategic sourcing, employer branding initiatives, and active engagement on key platforms such as LinkedIn and SEEK.
• As a team, you'll also collaborate with the People & Culture crew to optimise our recruitment processes and create a truly exceptional candidate experience. Your contributions will enhance our reputation as an employer of choice!
