Payroll Manager
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, this is a "hands-on" manager role where you are fully responsible for delivering payroll for 1500 employees using Dayforce. You will be supported by a part time Payroll Specialist.
- Process fortnightly pay runs across 11 locations in Melbourne and Geelong
- Administer payments and reconciliations of deductions, adjustments, superannuation payments, work cover and payroll tax
- Process monthly payroll reports
- Respond to a broad range of payroll requests in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll related project management initiatives

Essential Requirements
- 3 to 5 years payroll experience in a health or aged care environment
- Previous experience using Dayforce
- Strong understanding and interpretation of awards and agreements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Current and valid police check
