About the Opportunity

You will oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions, including organisational strategy and development, values and inclusion, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, payroll, learning and development, and policy development. You will have:
- Passion and experience creating and maintaining a workplace culture that empowers people to excel.
- Experience in driving cultural transformation and creating a positive work environment.
- Proven success in facilitating change management processes, methodologies, and tools, with a strong understanding of their impact on employee morale and performance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, and/or extensive experience working in the Human Resources sector or in an equivalent leadership role.
- Relevant Management experience leading staff within a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach and commitment to organisational values.
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and current Victorian Driver's licence.
