Retail Site Manager - Noosaville

Freedom Fuels is an independent petroleum company with 42 Fuel & Convenience retail outlets in Queensland and northern New South Wales and growing. Part of the Idemitsu Kosan Co Ltd group of companies, Freedom Fuels areas of operation extend to include retailing, terminal operations, wholesale and commercial distribution and supply.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys motivating and inspiring others, with a passion for high level customer service and personalising the shopping experience. It is essential that you are available to work across store trading hours, including weekends. This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.

Previous Management experience is essential.

As a Retail Site Manager you will be responsible for:

•Overseeing all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business
•Merchandising, marketing and stock management
•Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and motivation
•Volume cash handling and reconciliations
•Food management supervision
•Hygiene & presentation standards are met and exceeded
•Meeting assigned budgets and KPIs
