This role is based in Regency Park.
About the role
As a Service Advisor at CMI Hino there will be variety in your day, you will be required to greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone. You will manage customer's needs, with the ability to accurately detail requirements to our workshop team so that the customers vehicle is repaired and delivered on time.
You may be an experienced Advisor or maybe you simply have strong customer service skills and are wanting to grow and develop into the role.
Duties and responsibilities
- Answer and manage phone calls in an efficient and professional manner.
- Manage and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Liaise with customers and service technicians.
- Discuss the nature, reason for and estimated costs of mechanical repairs with customers.
- Fortnightly rostered Saturday’s
- Manage tyre and wheel alignment sales.
- Manage online service bookings.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a team environment.
- Motivated, Reliable, Hard-working with a professional and positive approach.
- A fast leaner who can adapt to the role in their own personal style.
- Superior customer service skills as you are the first point of contact to our customers.
- Sound computer skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a similar automotive role is desirable.
- A good mechanical aptitude – mechanic trade qualifications are desirable.
