The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead a team of technician’s to effectively deliver, maintain & continuously improve Facilities Management services.
Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.
This role will be responsible for all stores across Victoria and requires a regular visitation to sites.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day operations while developing strategies and business plans.
- Regularly review KPI and performance reports to achieve the best standard of delivery.
- Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region.
- Liaise with all key stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities, to ensure the field workforce is compliant with licencing and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits verifying maintenance activities performed are in accordance with agreed scope and are 100% compliance with safety, risk assessment etc.
- Manage all landlord and property related issues ensuring sites are a safe and fully operational.
- Effectively manage minor projects e.g. warranties, retention, handover of new stores, upgrades.
- Provide effective and regular communication and support to Store Development, Retail support, Risk Management, Operations, Health & Safety, Compliance and Loss Prevention teams.
To be considered for this role:
- Technical or trade related background with multi-site management experience
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service
- Experience in managing service contracts and multiple suppliers
- Superior communication and people management skills
- Strong organisational/administrative skills
- Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports
