Soft Services Manager - Waste, Pest & Hygiene

The Opportunity 

In this role, this position will be responsible for the management of all elements of Pest, Waste & Hygiene.

Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:  

• Collaborate with the commercial team to establish a contractual framework that improves financial and operational outcomes.
• Review and approve purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with contracted scope, costs, and active site list.
• Actively identify opportunities for continual improvement within Pest, Waste & Hygiene services.
• Own the relationship between our pest, waste & hygiene vendors, City and our partner.
• Optimize service scope to reduce unnecessary expenditure and enhance sustainability.
• Develop SLAs and KPIs that effectively measure the desired operational outcomes.
• Ensure that vendors deliver existing scope across pest, waste & hygiene in compliance with regulatory and business expectations.

To be considered for this role:  

• Previous experience in a similar role, managing Pest, Waste & Hygiene contracts and service delivery across a high volume national portfolio.
• Proven track record in exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
• Currently have or be willing to obtain 3rd doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
