The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Power Platform Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

As a key leader, you will guide a team providing mentorship and fostering their professional growth while ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will also own the function, setting the standard for best practices in solution design and implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of business solutions using Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
  • Define and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency, including data governance, solution design, and technical standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Automation, Software Development, SharePoint, and Power BI teams, to deliver cohesive solutions.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Power Platform development team, setting clear goals, offering support, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and organize training to enhance technical capabilities and career growth.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and solution architects to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.
  • Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and cost estimates in collaboration with customers and business stakeholders.

 

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience developing business solutions, application workflows, and integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic project needs.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for software delivery and continuous integration.
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Clear recent Police Check.
