The Opportunity 

In this role, you will lead a field based Team of Technicians to effectively deliver, maintain & continuously improve Facilities Management services.

 

Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.

 

This role will be based in Auckland, managing a team across New Zealand. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:  

  • Manage day-to-day operations while developing strategies and business plans.
  • Regularly review KPI and performance reports to achieve the best standard of delivery.
  • Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region.
  • Review and analyse financial reports and work to improve business performance, whilst delivering services maintenance budgets.
  • Manage maintenance agreements with contractors to deliver preventative, comprehensive and predictive maintenance.
  • Liaise with all key stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities, to ensure the field workforce is compliant with licencing and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead by example, coach and develop your teams to ensure safety compliance is a priority.

 

To be considered for this role:  

  • Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs
  • Proven experience building relationships with your team.
  • Good understanding of building systems (electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organisational and administrative skills
