This is an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking for a varied role in Community Aged Care on a Full-Time permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the clinical service delivery to clients in their own homes as well as group-based health and wellness programs across a number of locations

Day to day this role looks like:

• Provide initial assessments and Clinical service delivery to our existing client base - both individual and in a group setting 
• Work collaboratively with the wider allied health team, i.e. occupational therapists, fitness instructors and allied health assistants
• Face to face clinical work and minimum travel time between clients with time allocated for administration and reporting
• Weekly mentoring and ongoing support with Allied Health Team Lead
• Adherence to best practice policy and procedures

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• Current Drivers Licence and registered and insured motor vehicle
• Be able to provide initial assessments and Clinical Service delivery to our existing client base – both individual and in a group setting
• Work collaboratively with the wider allied health team i.e occupational therapists, fitness instructors and allied health assistants
• Weekly mentoring and ongoing support with the Allied Health Team lead
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated computer literacy with skills in computer applications  
• Demonstrated commitment to own professional development & learning 
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of health, aged and/or disability services
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check
