Job Description
We are seeking a State Sales Manager to join our Sales department. This is a full-time, office-based permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Group Sales Manager in effectively leading and mentoring the Sales Department by understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities and tasks of the Sales staff.
- Ensuring individual sales revenue and profit targets are achieved, as well as the individual results of your sales teams.
- Co-ordinating sales teams by establishing territories and facilitating regular training programs for sales representatives to increase their knowledge and enhance their skills.
- Providing leadership, support and guidance to the Sales Department at all times.
