 Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Account Management department. This is a full-time, office-based permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Being the primary business contact for clients within their portfolios and is responsible for maintaining the revenue of their allocated portfolios, whilst looking for growth opportunities.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients within their portfolio
• building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
• Travel within the metropolitan area on a regular basis.
