eCommerce Coordinator - Glue

About the role:
We have an exciting role available as an eCommerce Coordinator for Glue. Reporting into the eCommerce Manager for Glue, you will be responsible for management and maintenance of Glue websites. You will also assist the eCommerce Manager to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior ecommerce experience. This role is a parental leave contract.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end management of new product uploads, including copywriting, coordinating photography and inventory management
- Ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner
- Online product merchandising and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategy
- Maintain the management categorisation of all products on-site, regularly updating new arrivals, best sellers and sale products
- Collaborate and liaise with product team to understand product delivery dates and SOH across the retail network to manage online product enrichment processes and timelines
- Work with SEO teams to ensure products and content are optimised for search and adhere to SEO best practice
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates
- Manage homepage banner and website content updates to align with digital marketing calendar
- Support Ecommerce Manager with pricing & promotions as required
- Support retail network in updating store contact details on the websites and through Google Places
- Assist in the implementation of the content marketing strategy through the email marketing, social and blog channels, whilst ensuring all content is on brand
- Analyse and report on ROI of campaign outcomes
- Acting as the ecommerce ambassador and supporting the customer service team to ensure all online customers are given an outstanding level of customer service experience
- Troubleshoot site process issues or customer service queries and escalate to as required
- Assist with the testing & implementation of new website features and integrations when necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated experience in similar role, preferably using Magento
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Shows strong initiative and is forward thinking
- Team player with sound communication skills
