Your Role:

• Manage and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Exceed company budgets, KPIs, and store performance goals
• Ensure the store’s presentation is always top-notch
• Lead visual merchandising efforts with a commercial mindset
• Provide regular training and mentoring to your team

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of fashion retail management experience
• Experience leading a team of 3 or more
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about fashion and delivering superior customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
